COVID-19 Safety Policy
Whilst we are in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic we are concerned for the safety of our staff and customers.
In this respect we will comply with government guidelines and regulations at all times.
Our proprietor has completed a COVID-19 safety course.
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment in line with the government advice.
As a result of the risk assessment and whilst we are allowed to open, we are implementing the control measures below.
All customers and staff are required to comply with the measures at all times.
COVID-19 Control Measures

Staff and customers who have tested positive for COVID-19, or have recognised symptoms, should not enter the premises until a negative test has been confirmed.

Only one customer at a time should be on the premises. Please be patient and wait for a member of staff to call you in.

All persons before fully entering the premises should:

Wear a face covering​

Sanitise both hands

Have temperature taken

Staff should wear a face covering at all times except when sitting behind the screen at the main desk ​

Customers should ask a member of staff before touching or handling any of the shop items. Where possible we will locate an item for a customer and hand it to you at checkout.

Staff and customers should sanitise their hands when leaving the premises.
