About Us

Nailsea Music Shop is a completely independently managed business owned by local Piano Teacher Carol Bedford, who has over 40 years teaching experience.

We are a general music shop specialising in the supply of a wide range of sheet music, including that for most recognised examining boards, and the supply, care and repair of all types of musical instruments. If we do not have an item in stock, we offer an order service.

We have 4  teaching studios as part of our on-site music school that offers tuition in many instrument types, as well as music theory.  We additionally run grade examinations on site for the convenience of pupils.

We are situated in North Somerset, in the south west UK, just a few miles outside of Bristol with plenty of free parking spaces giving easy access from the surrounding areas of Backwell, Clevedon, Portishead and Weston-Super-Mare.

We have for many years provided services to schools in the local area including Backwell, Clevedon, Bristol, Portishead and Weston-Super-Mare, taking great pride in maintaining the highest level of customer service and commitment to quality care and craftsmanship with both sales and repairs.
